He has intense emotions, further perfect reactions to them.That is who God is to me. The second question was about humans, what they were, and what happened when they died. A human is a being created in the image of God, with capabilities for reason, and an innate understanding of right and wrong. When a human dies, they go to one of two places. Those who have chosen to follow God will go to heaven. Those who dont will go to hell. The thirdly question was what is the nature of the universe? When I hear that, I have to ask what they mean by nature. I have to look around and say is it the actual physical world, and how it fits into a bigger picture? I would assume so, and say that by nature, what God created was good, And was later polluted by sin. The most confound question was how do I know what I know, and how do I know its true? I know what I know because of what Ive been told, and what Ive experienced, and how I apply it through the filter of my faith and values. And I know that I know because if I didnt know that I knew I wouldnt be able to analyze this question about knowing.The next question was the only one that my answer changed slightly. What is right and wrong, or does it exist? responsibility exists, but wrong is only the absence of right, not something in and of itself. And the only way we can discover it is through the experiences, of ourselves and others, and through the filter of Gods word. Is life pointless or is there a purpose? If we believe God creates us, we must believe that there is a reason. I believe my purpose is to help people through hard times, since I have gone through enough hard times that I can empathize with them. individually person has a unique attribute that helps them glorify God in some way. What core commitments are consistent with my worldview, and how do they impact my life? Im still not exactly sure about what is meant by core commitments, but the actions and values that I hold myself to identify key aspects of my worldview. I would say that the things I do are very c onsistent with my moral and spiritual beliefs.My worldview is based a lot on faith, and I try to find reason for what I believe. I do need to evaluate if the beliefs that I have actually have base in reality, scientifically and morally. I have very strong beliefs and opinions, as a result of coming from a very opinionated family. My worldview is very consistent with the perspectives expressed in the coursework. I have a fairly weighty background in biblical studies from other schools, and so have been exposed to this subject more than the average student. As a result, my worldview has been shaped by what I have learned, and there were few if both contradictions between what I believe and what was presented.My worldview passes (to my knowledge) all of the four riddles of a worldview. In the test of evidence, my worldview draws from personal experience and scientific reason, and assumes (if not proves) the existence of a God who embodies the characteristics I have identified. My worldview affects everything about my actions, because I will not leave that frame of reference without changing part of my worldview. I could feel a gentle warm breeze that was blowing in from the west, bringing with it a savory smell of strawberry ice cream. Also with the wind came the enchanting smell of fresh salty air mixed with some other smell that I didnt recognise. The active bustling metropolitan was surrounded by rolling emerald green hills, giants watching over me. In the centre of the city sat a bulky thirty storey skyscraper make purely out of glass and reinforced steel.The city faced the never ending topaz sea it stretched all the elan up to a calm and pleasant lake which glittered over a mile away in the distance. The north section of the city was taken up by imposing skyscrapers and a humming metropolitan of lights and music a huge building encrusted completely with multi-coloured gems that bathed the city in the reflective luminosity. Nestled at the bottom of the skyscrapers were dozens of magnificent and completely unique cafes and bars.The first cafe at the top was a marble building that look ed handle a mausoleum, with heavy columns. The second bar was completely different- a million lights flashed from every surface. The third cafe was a long, low building with the front made completely of glass that was patterned with hundreds of different patterns, and it had beanbags inside and low coffee tables. It never happened and as time went on, it became like a game to my mother. Not just with the car, but with life. We never knew if she was telling the truth or not.After she died, Dean took the car. He acted like it was his right and maybe it was. He wasnt the one whod snuck o ut of the house that night and left our mother alone.And that gorgeous car over there is yours, I remind Lila, diverting her attention elsewhere. You should probably go get it fixed, before Ethan wanders off from the shop.She slumps back in the chair. Maybe it was his way of mourning, but it was still a shitty thing to do.So whats up with Ella and her brother? Lila asks, resting her arm on the console.I think thats something you should probably talk to her about. I turn the car into the parking lot of the shop. Its not really my story to tell.Lila unclips her seatbelt. But Ellas never really told me much about her life. She has always been so quiet abo ut it and I just thought it was her personality, but the way everyone talks about her around here, I dont think it is.She used to be pretty loud spoken. I reach for the door, but hesitate, needing to get it off my chest. The Ella I knew was not the prim and proper girl youve been hanging out with. She had this fire in her and she didnt put up with anyones crap. It got her into trouble a lot, but she was also the kind of person who would take the fall, even if it wasnt her fault.I think I saw that part of her when we stopped at a bathroom when we first got to town, Lila muses. Lila grins and I realize shes not as bad as I originally thought.Yeah, she was always kind of a badass. I shove the door open and my boots scuff the gravel as I climb out.There are a few cars parked in front of the metal building and both th e garage doors are open. A motortruck is parked inside and the owner of the shop Ethans dad is working under the hood.So what do you do? Lila asks as we head to the entrance.A little of this, I joke. And a little of that.So its a secret. She picks up on my vibe.I swing the chain attached to my jeans. For now, it kind of is.Gotcha. She doesnt press and I like her even more.Ethan is waiting for us in the lobby, slouched back in a chair with his shoes kicked up on the counter and his head slanted back. Its about damn time. I was about ready to leave.Lila starts to giggle as she takes out her phone from her purse. You guys werent lying.Ethan lowers his feet to the floor and stands up. Whats so funny?Nothing. I shrug him off, resting my arms on the counter. Ella and I just told her that if we didnt hurry up youd get bored and leave.So you were talking about me behind my back. He walks around the counter by Lila. You got the keys or did you leave them in? I toss him the keys and he cat ches them. Wheres Ella?Her brother showed up, I explain. Shes back at her house.Ethans eyebrows shoot upward. And you left her there alone with him?Only to drop this off, I say. Lila and I are going to walk back.Lila glances back and forth between Ethan and me. Is something wrong with Ellas brother?Shell be fine. I lean against the glass door with my arms folded and check my watch. But we should get back.I think I should stay here, Lila says, frowning at her phone.Are you sure? I ask. Ethan will take good care of it.She looks upset as she tosses the phone into her purse. Yeah, I need to make sure everythings taken care of properly.Alright, can you find your way back to the house? I nudge the door open.Ill make sure she gets there, Ethan offers with a shrug.Lila adjusts her purse on her shoulder and gives him a small smile. Thank you.Alright, if its okay with the both of you, then I guess Ill see you later. I hike across the parking lot, toward the street. Its getting late, and the o dds of Lilas car being fixed by the end of the day are pretty fucking low. I take out my cell phone and text Ella.Me Just wantin to make sure ur ok?I walk down the sidewalk fenced by houses and dried out lawns. There is a drug exchange going on at the corner between a group of kids that still look young enough to be in high school. This side of town is pretty crappy, which Im okay with now, but when Ella and I were kids, it was harder to make love with.Ella was always so curious about stuff. There were many times we got chased down for sticking our noses where they didnt belong and I got my ass kicked defending Ella quite an a few times.But Id do it again in a heartbeat because when it all comes down to it, its just me and her against the world. Always has been.My phone buzzes inside my pocket and I check the message, surprised to see Ellas name on the screen.Ella No, I dont think I am.Without a second thought, I run as fast(a) as I can toward her house.
